Will virus removal delete my files?
No. We remove the infection and leave your documents, photos and programs in place. If a file is itself infected and cannot be cleaned we tell you before removing it, and where the drive is failing we recommend recovering the data first.
How much does virus removal cost in Faisalabad?
It depends on how deep the infection goes and whether the machine still boots. Diagnosis is free and we confirm a fixed price before starting, so you know the cost up front.
How long does virus removal take?
Most machines are cleaned and returned the same day. Heavily infected systems, or ones that will not boot, can take one to two days because each drive is scanned offline before it is trusted again.
My laptop has become very slow. Is that a virus?
Sometimes, but often it is a failing hard drive, a full disk, too many startup programs, or overheating from dust. We check drive health first, because a slow machine with a dying drive needs data recovery, not a tune-up.
Will an SSD upgrade mean reinstalling everything?
No. We clone your existing drive to the new SSD, so Windows, your programs and your files come across exactly as they were. You just get a much faster machine.
Is it worth upgrading an old laptop or should I replace it?
We will tell you honestly. An SSD and RAM upgrade transforms most machines from around 2015 onward and costs far less than a new laptop. If the board or screen is also failing, we will say so rather than sell you an upgrade.
